The hotel is very beautiful, and the location is excellent — everything is nearby. The room was very clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some issues with service: we asked the concierge to charge our phone, but it was not done; we also asked them to deliver sweets to a guest, which did not happen. It's a shame that despite the large staff, the service efficiency could be better. Overall, this is an amazingly beautiful hotel in a wonderful location.

The staff were amazing, very courteous and welcoming. They gave us a map the first day and recommended us some amazing places! The room was spotless and has a beautiful view to the city. Is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been.

First of all they charged us Twice for our 2 night stay PLUS they wanted to charge us for Parking and we did not have a car. I think the lady who attended to us did not have enough Training or was just very confused Her Supervisor did come knock on our Door to Apologize for charging us Twice He did give us a Free drink voucher. Then at breakfast this morning I just got up to get some OJ and when I returned my plate was gone. It still had half of my food on the plate. I was very MAD. I have travelled the World and this is the first time my plate was taken away before I was finished eating. Not sure Why?? The hotel is beautiful But they need better TRAINING
